Complaints and Returns

First Goods sold to distributors Top-Bis is warranted.

Second Goods damaged can be replaced when it has manufacturing defects, in this case, please send the goods by mail ordinary with the evidence obtained from the sale (receipt or invoice) as well as a description of the causes of the complaint.

3rd The product will be exchanged for goods free of defects.

4th If this is not possible (eg the exhaustion of the goods), we will offer a place for others, available in our stock products or refund the money to the state.

5th Please be advised that we do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

6th Cost surcharge will be returned to you immediately upon receipt and consideration of the complaint to the address indicated in the order.

7th Shipping of the product from the customer’s fault (eg. Inadequate color, size), provided that the product is free of defects, has unused tags and in the original packaging, covers the same client.
